Arbors at St. Clair

Arbors at St. Clair is located at 3201 Military Street Port Huron, Michigan across from the St. Clair River.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm. Our phone number is 810-984-4041.  Appointments are suggested, but not necessary.  Arbors has large one, two, and three bedroom housing is available.  All two and three bedroom apartments feature two full bathrooms.  Arbors at St. Clair determines rent on a sliding scale based on government income guidelines.  We have easy access to shopping, schools, and public transportation.

Arbors at St. Clair was built in 2001.  Arbors is an energy efficient apartment community, featuring central air conditioning and heating, with programmable thermostats.  Each apartment includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer hook up.  All apartments also feature walk-in closets, large bathrooms, outside patio or deck, outside storage, private entrances and ample parking for each unit.  Arbors has a 24 hour laundry facility, 24 hour maintenance staff, play ground, clubhouse with monthly activities, and professional on-site management. Our community is also pet friendly, some restrictions apply.
