Founded in 1952, VNA & Blue Water Hospice, is a non-profit home health care and hospice organization providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients and families coping with acute, chronic, and terminal health care issues. We provide care for patients in need of short-term, long-term, and/or end-of-life care who reside in St. Clair, southern Sanilac, eastern Lapeer, and northern Macomb counties. Our team of physicians, nurses, aides, volunteers, social workers, chaplains, and therapists are dedicated and sincerely want to understand the needs of the patient before decisions are made. We inform and educate the patients and families under our care to ensure all options are understood before developing and individual care plan. Your care is our first priority.
