The Arc St. Clair County has a rich and accomplished history thanks to the devoted family members and advocates and those we serve and have served who wanted more in their own lives. This change will further energize our mission of advocating independence and reaffirm our “commitment to promoting and protecting the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supporting their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.”
